Most agencies offer you a free audit, but the chances are you already know what it's going to say. Someone opens up your ad account, scrolls around for 20 minutes, tells you your creative needs more diversity and your campaign needs a consolidated structure. Then asks you, when can you start? That's a sales call with screenshots. They've taken a look at your ad account, but they haven't looked at your entire business.
We start by doing just that, looking at your business as a whole to work out what's actually holding your growth back, focusing on your numbers rather than opinions. If you've been stuck for a while, you have already tried the obvious things, probably more than once. So we need to look a little deeper to find out what's actually stopping it.
So we pull everything, Meta, Google, Shopify, and any analytics you have set up. Then we go after the numbers that aren't sitting in the platform. What a unit costs you, what your margin actually is, how many people come back and buy again, what you're charging. A lot of the time, that's where the problem is, not actually in the ad account.
Two days later, you get this: a cohort model, so you can see what a customer is actually worth over time; a normalised P&L, a first-time customer P&L, which tells you whether an acquisition is paying for itself; a full read on your campaign structure, your creative scored on volume, diversity and quality; and a 90-day action plan in priority order. Then we walk you through the entire thing, which is yours to keep either way.
What it turns up is almost never what people actually expect. One healthcare brand was reading a number every morning that had their whole sales baked into it, so they had no idea what a new customer actually cost them to acquire. It turned out the real problem was their pricing was way too low to acquire profitably. But they just thought they needed a better ad guy.
A beauty brand had spent a year essentially running one creative angle at one customer. The audit found that three of the top five winning angles were actually around a completely different angle they hadn't expanded into. They started really scaling once they built around those. They both had different theories about what was holding them back, but the audit made it clear what the problems actually were.
The audit and the plan are yours to keep. You can go and run it yourself, or we can run it with you if we're a good fit. The audit isn't for everyone. It takes us two days to complete, so we can only do it for brands where we can see there's room to grow. In practice, that's seven-figure brands already spending consistently on Meta.
If you want to know what's holding your growth back, start with the questions below. If it looks like a fit, we'll jump on a quick call to organise the view access we need, and two days later we'll send you the audit.
